Depending on the transaction, NepalBuild may act as a direct supplier, service coordinator or technology platform connecting users with independent professionals and businesses.
3. Accounts and user responsibilities
- Provide accurate, current and complete information.
- Protect account credentials and report suspected unauthorized access.
- Use the platform lawfully and avoid fraudulent, abusive or disruptive activity.
- Confirm project requirements, measurements, specifications and site conditions before ordering or execution.
4. Products, pricing and availability
Product descriptions, images, prices, stock and delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may change. A website listing does not guarantee final availability. NepalBuild may confirm stock, technical suitability, delivery charges and taxes before accepting an order or quotation.
5. Quotations and service engagements
Online estimates and calculator results are preliminary planning aids. Final quotations depend on verified quantities, drawings, site conditions, location, labour, logistics, taxes and technical scope. A service engagement begins only after written acceptance, required documents and any agreed advance payment.
6. Payments
- Payments may be offered through approved digital channels, bank transfer, cash-on-delivery where available or other methods stated at checkout.
- Users are responsible for providing accurate billing and delivery information.
- Transaction fees, taxes, delivery costs and project-specific charges may be added where applicable.
- NepalBuild may pause fulfilment when payment verification fails or required amounts remain outstanding.
7. Delivery, inspection and risk
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by road conditions, weather, supplier delays, public restrictions and remote-site access. Users should inspect goods promptly and report visible shortages or damage with supporting photographs and delivery documents.
8. Professional and partner listings
Profiles, badges and marketplace information support discovery but do not remove the user’s responsibility to assess qualifications, licences, insurance, references, scope and contractual terms. Independent professionals remain responsible for their own work, representations and legal compliance.
9. Intellectual property
NepalBuild branding, software, interface, original content, databases and platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Users may not copy, scrape, resell, reverse engineer or commercially exploit protected materials without written permission.
10. Prohibited conduct
- Uploading malicious code, false documents or unlawful content.
- Attempting unauthorized access to accounts, APIs, administrative areas or data.
- Manipulating reviews, payments, stock, quotations or platform metrics.
- Using platform information to harass, discriminate, defraud or infringe the rights of others.
11. Warranties and liability
NepalBuild will use reasonable care in operating the platform and fulfilling confirmed obligations. To the extent permitted by law, NepalBuild is not responsible for indirect losses, decisions based solely on preliminary calculators, or acts of independent users and service providers outside NepalBuild’s contractual control.
12. Suspension and termination
NepalBuild may restrict or terminate access where a user violates these terms, creates security or legal risk, fails required verification or misuses the platform. Users may request account closure subject to outstanding transactions, record-retention duties and dispute requirements.
13. Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated to reflect product, legal or operational changes. Material changes will be published on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and disputes should first be raised with NepalBuild for good-faith resolution before other lawful remedies are pursued.
