Information is collected when you provide it directly, use NepalBuild features, communicate with our team, complete a transaction, submit a form or allow browser technologies to operate. Service providers may also return payment, delivery, authentication or communication status information.

- Coordinate delivery, installation, consultation and customer support.
- Improve products, search, calculators, AI assistance, usability and fraud prevention.

4. Legal and operational bases
NepalBuild processes information to perform requested transactions and services, comply with law, protect legitimate business and security interests, and manage communications based on consent where consent is required.

- Delivery, installation, supplier and project partners where needed to fulfil a request.

6. AI assistant and calculators
Messages submitted to the AI assistant and saved calculator results may be stored to provide the feature, improve recommendations and support analytics. Do not submit confidential drawings, passwords, financial credentials or sensitive personal information unless a feature clearly requires and protects it.

8. Data retention
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, including active accounts, contractual obligations, accounting periods, warranties, security investigations and legal requirements. Data may be anonymized for longer-term analytics.
