This page provides the operational policy for NepalBuild. Local legal, tax, consumer-protection and sector-specific requirements may also apply.
1. Our commitment
NepalBuild aims to make its construction marketplace and digital tools usable by people with diverse abilities, devices and assistive technologies. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing design, content and engineering responsibility.
2. Measures in the platform
- Semantic page structure and descriptive headings.
- Keyboard-accessible navigation and interactive controls.
- Visible focus states and meaningful link text.
- Alternative text for informative images where implemented.
- Responsive layouts for zoom, mobile and different screen sizes.
- Form labels, validation feedback and readable contrast targets.
3. Known limitations
Some legacy content, uploaded documents, third-party maps, product media or complex administrative tools may not yet meet every accessibility expectation. NepalBuild is progressively reviewing these areas as the platform develops.
4. Feedback and assistance
Users who encounter an accessibility barrier may contact NepalBuild and identify the page, feature, device and type of assistance needed. We will make reasonable efforts to provide information through an alternative method and improve the affected experience.
5. Continuous improvement
Accessibility checks should be included in future design reviews, component development, content publishing and release testing. This statement will be updated as material improvements are completed.
